  I paid 5 extra dollars to get my grilled cheese burrito as chicken and my chalupa as steak and they didn't give me one thing I actually paid for and it genuinely sucks. Because I just spent over 100 to feed the family and they got our food wrong at a new taco bell. this is just a shame the workers suck the environment sucks they didn't have sauce or any napkins it was dirty in the restaurant and service was poor if I could id leave a 0 star or half bc this place genuinely sucked and I was so nice to the workers just for them to do that and they weren't even busy so that's just sad do better taco bell never had this happen anywhere else where they messed up the order this bad and this is independence come on now.

  The employees were spending so much time playing in the back that they were completely oblivious to the people that were lining up at the counter.

  I ordered 2 beef tacos $4.32 gave them my card no receipt given got home and checking my bank charged $11.48! Never again

  This taco bell is single handedly making me hate tacobell. They make the food "right" but the quality is terrible. Rock. Hard. Chalupas. EVERY time. My mini taco salad the last time tasted like industrial cleaner, it was inedible and the one that was edible the shell was uncooked. The food quality is just so bad man it's so dossapointing every time. I don't know why I return but today is my last visit to this location before I completely right off tacobell as a whole.
