  Love sonic! Friendly service! I'd recommend them folks! Go get your route 44 drinks at happy hour half price on a hot day, you'll be happy you did!

  took 15 minutes to make a hotdog and corndog and I was the only one there. I asked for light ketchup and mustard on my hotdog and it was drenched in condiments. just lazy and not at all worried about customer service.

  Did an online order. Went to pick it up 10 minutes after the suggested time. Sat and waited for 15 more minutes. Pushed the button to remind them I hadn't gotten my order and the girl acted insulted that I inquired. Sat there for another 5 minutes and left. My husband went back and they brought the old cold food out to him, 55 minutes after the order was placed.. Got it home and my burger had all the stuff on it that I asked them not to put in it plus extra, extra, extra of the sauce I didn't want in it. Threw it away. All of it. It was degrading, time consuming and I'll never go back.

  Parking was good. Pulled in looked at menu so we knew what we wanted once we hit the button we waited 20min before someone answered. I went ahead and already ordered on app. Food came out in a decent time but not all of it! When I asked the lady mention the ice cream was soft so she was gonna wait a bit. We ate our food there in car rather then taking it and due to heat outside. When we finished I tipped the lady she was working only one car hopping in this extensive heat advisory. Not only but id rather come back later for ice cream if I knew it was gonna taste that bad! Hot fudge sundae tasted rotten it was horrible! I have worked as manager for sonic in my past..thus was horrible service no one mentioned delays or wait times..not only the ice cream was so bad we had to toss it! Im not happy with service here. We have been multiple times and seen so many upset people. Last time I went my sweet tea tasted old like it was expired. Think this will be my last time going anymore!
