  A dang shame truly!!! We are spending 10 dollars a meal tator tos cold definitely not fresh and I asked for breakfast burrito not veggies and tots smh

  I was driving back to Minn pulled of interior get a couple of drinks I was stuck in the line behind one car for 20 minutes

  Management needs to hire more people and/or do better on scheduling. This location is ALWAYS understaffed. No wonder all the employees are burning out and everything is ALWAYS wrong. I came today with a “sorry we fudged coupon”, used it for my drink (RT 44 diet cherry limeade with NO ICE… that came out with ice, of course) and ordered the same thing they “fudged” last time. Carhop finally comes out. Sweet girl, very visibly stressed. They fudged again. Brioche breakfast sandwich with no sausage. This time, they gave me a toaster. Luckily, there was no sausage on this one so I could still eat it. It was soooo salty, I couldn’t even taste the egg. Crazy

  Have been here twice within the month to receive no service. First time we pull up to a stall and hit the button, you can hear someone in the background but no greeting nothing. They never answered even though we could see them coming and going yet no one answered or stopped to ask if we'd been helped. Decided to give it a shot today so we pulled up to the stall, hit the button and was told they were only doing drive thru at the moment. So we pulled up behind the car that had already been sitting there for 5+ minutes. When we started wondering if they were even ordering we heard the driver of that car yell hello into the speaker because they hadn't been helped yet either. Consistently disappointing service
