  Waited 20 minutes more than what was said on the app for food, and the food came stale. Its very easy to tell that the workers are overworked and always understaffed. Only see about 2 workers at all times, and the wait is always ridiculous.

  Usually my go to place in the afternoon but tomight at 10 we waited and nobody answered so we said we were going to mobile order and someone finally responded and said that their system was down so they couldnt take any orders. Which I really dont believe was true

  worst sonic i’ve ever been to! VERY SLOW took over 45 minutes for an online order i placed and only ONE car in front of me. They closed the stalls and told anyone pushing the button to use the drive through. They didn’t want to walk to the cars in the heat. I work outside in the heat all day and so do many other people. The manager has no idea how to train a crew. i have worked at a sonic with only myself and one other employee and did the orders quicker than this store with their 5 visible employees. Definitely would never recommend this place to anyone. your better off driving a few streets over to a different Sonic

  Sent my daughter to get 4 drinks literally took over an hour that’s fifteen minutes per drink. That’s completely ridiculous and uncalled for I will never spend my money at this location ever again!!

  Waited 40 minutes for 4 drinks. I had to keep pressing the button for them to even acknowledge that I was there. They walked half way out and then walked back in and waited another 10 minutes and came out. I didn’t even get a drink tray even though I ordered one specifically. She walked back out to give me the tray and she didn’t even pop it out? I had to sit there and fold it and set my drinks in it myself. Their service is sloppy and slower than anywhere I’ve ever been. I want my money back and I want those lazy people to either get trained properly or get fired because that shit is crazy. Again. I want a refund.
