  Don't go to this Sonic! I sat in the stall for 20+ minutes and no one answered. Cars waited in the drive thru for the same amount of time. Waste of gas and time! It was a busy time for happy hour but with that many people waiting for that long and no one services the stalls OR drive thru in a timely manner, it seems intentional.

  Jr burger contained onions even though we said “no onion”. One worker doing all the back and forth to cars in the stalls. Tap order boards not working. Burger had weird black debris attached to the meat. Threw that part away. In the end, had a mustard and ketchup sandwich.

  This has got to be the worst sonic I've ever been to. Middle of the day like 4 cars there, no one answered after 15min. I asked the person next to me how long he's been there 20min but he already paid so just waiting. This is ridiculous thought it would be better after that car ran through and they had to update it.

  We went through the drive thru, when we got to the window the girl asked if we wanted a drink carrier, we said yes. She forgot to give us our drinks and when we asked for them she did not give us the drink carrier. Then we checked our food and found that they had given us jalapeño poppers instead of the mozzarella sticks that we ordered. We pulled into one of the carhop stalls so we would not hold up the drive thru. We flagged down the girl that had been working the drive thru and gave her the jalapeño poppers and told her we were supposed to have mozzarella sticks. She looked confused and went back inside. She came back out after a few minutes asking for a receipt of which they did not give us. She went back inside, we waited for 20 minutes and they never brought them out so we left. It was a if they thought we were trying to get free food even though we had given them the jalapeño poppers back that we didn't order. We just wanted to get the food that we did order. They also shoved all of our food into one small bag and smashed our chili cheese coney to where all the toppings were smashed onto the wrapper. We will not be back to Sonic for a while.

  Food was fresh and delicious! That is the most important part. The drive thru took a really long time and there was only 3 or 4 cars ahead of me. Service was slow and mediocre at best. I had two basic sodas and one order of mozzarella sticks, but I had to repeat my order 4x before they got it all. They kind of seem like they hated their life and didn't want to be there, so no real sense of urgency or quickness for the drive thru or otherwise. This location is not my local store, I would return if I was in the area and wanted Sonic.
