  Our one chance to have Kansas City BBQ & this place ruined it. This is nothing but a glorified Applebees. It was probably the worst bbq I’ve ever had. The presentation of the food made it even less enjoyable. My son ordered a cheeseburger. It was naked bread, no sauce, no nothing & a piece of meat. His fries weren’t ready so just that came out. Our food looked like it came out of the warmer and someone squirted bbq sauce on top. The pulled pork was flavorless & looked boiled. Eating this made me angry. I could not believe they thought this was acceptable to give us , especially at the price we paid. I wish we could get our money back. We didn’t finish the meals. One bite of the burger was taken. The kitchen staff was getting yelled at for something. It was very stressful. I wish we could go back in time & not eat here. My stomach hurts. The corn nuggets were good.

  Our server Brooke gave great recommendations and had a great time! She even convinced us to take dessert home.

  Brooke was amazing. She recommended excellent food, and even talked us into getting dessert to go! We will 100% be back!

  My husband ordered me burnt ends meal and they were the driest cuts and smallest cuts of meat. THEY WON'T resolve the problem, they say we have to go through Uber eats. THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! We've been eating here for 29yrs and will be never go back. Shame on smokehouse for not resolving this!!

  The wait hostess and server were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. The only miserable person there was the so called manager with pink/red in her hair, she just looked unhappy the whole time and can't say I saw her even check on anyone. The food... lackluster at best. We had pickle fries as an appetizer and it was loaded with grease and very salty, so much we stop eating them. When we received the food all of us were wondering, what is this they put in front of us. So now in our family coined this place as Applebee's of BBQ!
