  I guess it depends on who's managing that day. When good manager is not on duty this place suffers, I leave hungry and cheated out my $40 eating there. When the cooks over salt to food it is not edible to eat. Sunday May 17 those older men were not mixing or cook any of the food right. It was horrible. No pizza was out. Every Pizza tray had 1 slice. No dessert out at all. No cones. No mashed potatoes. Dressing and Potatoes too much salt and sage. No tea or coffee. Chicken was burnt with 3x times used grease, so it was dark and not fresh tasting. Those same men was outside the back door smoking and sitting in their cars. I had to ask the girl hostess for salad both bowls were empty. No ranch dressing in any of the 4 bottles. An older lady went to fill 1 up after I asked. I was so upset I brought my mother there, her first time after I raved that the chicken and potatoes were so delicious. It was horrible. Bathrooms were disgusting. Workers were just standing around. And job duties weren't being managed. The hostess girl was very nice. The older gentleman that cooed in the kitchen had a HUGE attitude. Set a bad mood for the rest of the staff. I would like a REFUND. But just left hungry and my family and I will never return to the one on Bass Pro.

  Usually when I go with my family im always greeted by the manager Tonya. She walks around asking if anyone needs anything food is always fresh and never have to wait. She is amazing. This last time I could see the difference in management. I had no idea who the manager was. We had to wait for cups, they had no sweet iced tea for one of my children that doesn't drink soda. The chicken was not fresh , had to keep waiting over 15mins for pizzas to even be put out. No dessert pizzas where even available. The food was definitely not good at all. Very disappointed with everything in general. Management definitely makes a huge difference. If I ever go back ill have to call ahead to see who the manager is because Tonya has been the only manager that actually cares about making sure the customers are getting the best service.

  Haven’t been here in about 4 years, but wow what a difference. Old salad sitting out. The chicken and chicken tenders were all way over cooked and burnt. There is quite a bit of nats flying around, the only things that were good was there sweet tea. And there mashed potatoes and gravy.

  Food was the worst pizza I have ever dad salad bar was lettuce and cheese cost 58 dollars for 3 people to eat and tasted gross enough left 3 plates on the table barely touched. Never going back

  The buffet was hot, delicious and always full. The staff were very friendly and nice. We felt welcomed and had a wonderful lunch and will be back for sure! Highly recommend!
