Ordered pizza and asked the the women who took my order to include parmesan cheese, she said she would. My order didn't come with it, so I called back and asked why. She played it off as if she wasn't the person who took my order, but I knew her voice. She said customers have to purchase the cheese, now. Well, Domino's, Little Ceasars, and Papa John's doesn't charge customers for parmesan cheese, so it looks like Pizza Hut is out for us! A question for Corporate: Is this how you treat your customers? By the way, the time the woman who took my order was at 10:23 pm on October 5, 2026. I'm sure you can figure out who she was. Please do better.

Ken was awesome! He was the only one working when I came to pick up my order. He greeted me as soon as I came in the door. My order was finished early and it was nice and hot! Thanks for an awesome lunch!
