It’s not great to show up at said time and be told by the one employee present that your order hasn’t even been started yet. The same problems have plagued this location for years. The constant turnover and shortage of employees obviously points to management and ownership just not caring. Sarpinos on 40 Hwy & Shrank is 1000x better.

I used to work for papa John's and it's the expeditors job to make sure everything is ready for the order....not the door dasher. He claimed that the door dasher lied because he has a freezer full of cheese cups. Thanks for the refund, but this place is jacked. I ordered online this evening. I ordered 4 cheese cups and received 1. I still got charged for all 4. I called the store, I was written off very quickly....told that the issue would be communicated to the GM and that they would contact me and they immediately hung up. SUPRISE. ....no one contacted me. They just kept my money. Great business practice!
