  The guy taking my order in the drive through, either can't hear or didn't pay attention. At the window, I asked them to add the double quarter pounder that they missed. She did. I asked for the Demon sauce, and they gave me Hunter. Annoying.

  Not open at 5am but can receive mobile orders with the drive thru intercom lights on?? Then I comeback after 6am and still no service. The lady at the window was very rude. Will be reporting and I need my refund.

  Extremely poor service, went through drive through twice and into the lobby to correct order. Order was never resolved. Wrong orders, wrong food, unclear options. Spoke to the manager who was beyond the pale, rude and difficult. I've been going to McDonalds for four decades and have never seen this level of difficulties. It is fortunate i don't own this franchise as I would fire everyone involved. I am sorry for even trying. I completely regret it and feel bad about this review. But if it happened to me it'll happen to others. This is your fair warning. Update: After eleven days, speaking with three managers, the store and corporate, the matter is resolved to my satisfaction.

  A good , quick way to eat. Unfortunately, the prices continue to climb even though the quality of food and service is not improving. I experience understaffed facilities on a regular basis.
