- LWLeah Woods4 days ago1.0Several bathroom stalls with no toilet paper and seats dirty, long wait times at service desk and employee is obviously very annoyed, couple at the bar and a kid joins them, but when another customer walked up with their kids they're told they cant have kids at the bar, employees rolled their eyes and snickered at another family trying to help their kids make a decision in the prize shop. A lot of service and cleanliness issues

Both of them went above and beyond to make sure our party was taken care of and that everything was running smoothly. They were attentive, helpful, and friendly. Anytime we needed something, they were right there and willing to help. Thank you both for making my son’s birthday celebration such a great experience. You were AMAZING!
- AAAliciaAug 13, 20263.0We went and did bowling, played some games and did a mini escape room. The young skinny kid with blonde hair was rude. Gave us attitude the whole time. Then when we did the escape room we were in their excited to try and figure it out and then he got over the intercom and was telling us what to do which upset us bc we paid money to figure it out. That was my first escape room. Some of the games we played skeeball - Air hockey - basketball hoop game ( took our credits but didnt let us play ) the only thing good thay came out of pur evening on 8-13-2026 was the gentleman who served us on our bowling game. The kid with the glasses. He was so nice and upbeat! That kid who does the counter with the shoes and etc needs an attitude adjustment. Won't be back to this location!

Not only did the staff put a group of 2 right next to a group of like 5 including little kids who didn't know how to stay in their lane but they put a second group right next to us when there was at least 3 or 4 lanes open. On top of that we (group of 2) bowled 1 full game before our server even came back with 1 of our drinks. I suggest only doing the arcade which is the only thing thats remotely worth the money at this place. Do not go bowling here
