  Could not believe how poorly mismanaged this place is. Half of the games didnt work. Its filthy everywhere and to get an attendant for help you, you have to stand in line for ages, if you are lucky enough to find one at all. Ruined my daughters birthday. We wont be returning.

  Just got done here and was very disappointed. Got done with graduation hoping for a fun night and instead was very underwhelmed. We get in around 11 not too busy. Get to the counter the worker wouldn’t even speak to us, we tried to get an all you can play and she says no we only have this everything else is closed. So we were limited to bowling and an arcade card. Did not even try to tell us the best deals rather walked off while we tried to decide. We paid $35 for an arcade card and played maybe 6 games? Most of the games which were broken so we didn’t even actually play… there was even stuff all over the floor not cleaned which just made the experience even worse. Hoping to come back again with a better experience.

  If u plan a birthday party there DO NOT pay with a card unless u want to wait for almost 2 weeks for it to come out of ur account. I called up there to figure out why it was taking so long to come out. Management told me they would call me back and never did. 2 days after I spoke to them the money came out without a single word from them. So if your going to pay anything there do it in cash. Our party hosts were amazing that's the only reason I gave this place a 2 star

  I had such a fun time at Main Event, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alyssa behind the bar. She was seriously amazing—super friendly, quick, and made some really good drinks. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and actually cares about making sure everyone is having a great time. We went during Happy Hour, which is such a good deal, and paired it with the unlimited activity pass—honestly one of the best ways to spend a day. Being able to bounce between bowling, arcade games, and everything else without worrying about cost made it so worth it. Alyssa kept the energy up the whole time and made the experience feel even more fun. If you go, definitely try to catch her at the bar. Overall, great deals, great atmosphere, and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

  We brought a large high school track group to Main Event Independence after severe weather canceled our meet, and it turned out to be the perfect solution. It’s conveniently located within sight of the Stoney Creek Hotel, which made logistics easy. When I called ahead, Tach (group coordinator) was incredibly helpful in setting everything up. Our group received a package that included pizza, 4 hours of unlimited play, and a $10 Fun Card for premium activities. The students had a great time—bowling and laser tag were especially popular. After an 8.5-hour bus ride, this was exactly what they needed. Tach helped us keep costs reasonable while maximizing the experience.
