The pizza was delicious, my son opted for extra game play, and ended up wanting to bowl as well. He had a smile on his face the whole time! I'm so glad we chose to throw his birthday party here! :)
- PSPaul SkardaJun 25, 20265.0An excellent discovery on our adventures! The staff let us add 2 members to our laser tag team so we had 2 v 2 instead of 1 v 1 (no extra charge!). My daughter enjoyed the overhead rope obstacle course especially!
- MJMelanie JewellJun 24, 20263.0Frustrating experience here. Seems most of the machines are broken or missing balls. Tried to link the games to play versus on the basketball game. Instead it got stuck in 2 player mode never starting the game. The staff refunded the points to the card. Go to play skee ball, not one but two machines take the points off the card start the game.. no balls come out. Staff again refunded the points. Tried the cup pong game next, once again.. points taken, no balls.. get that refunded. Try to jump over to fruit ninja thinking I’ll have better luck with a game that doesn’t have any balls required. One card reader isn’t even on, attempt to swipe the card in the reader that is on.. doesn’t register. Go over to the air hockey table having recent amnesia from the missing ball games.. no puck comes out of the hockey table.. staff again refunded the points. There were playable racing games, and shooting games just seems a lot of the machines had issues or weren’t playable. I’m glad the staff was so understanding and willing to refund the points but.. I went there to play the games not get refunds and disappointed from the lack of maintenance.
- JJJJJun 22, 20265.0Very cute date spot, has a lot to do and is very clean! The bowling lane area is really big and has lots of mini games you can play on it. The drinky drinks were reasonably priced and made well. The arcade was super cute, left in a good mood and with a cute lil strawberry duck :)
- HBHillary BrownJun 20, 20265.0We’ve had a a few parties at Main Event but our party today was by far the best. Our party host was Johanna and she was incredible, tentative and super friendly. She accommodated all our requests and made sure all the kids had a great time. We also wanted to point out that the rest of the staff we interacted with were just as amazing- From the Kitchen manager that checked us out, to the other hosts around that helped us with anything and everything we needed. Big shoutout to the manager that played rock paper scissors with our kiddo for his birthday checklist and rewarded him with an awesome neon sign when he won as well as the staff member that helped us with the human crane. Even bigger shoutout to the staff members that took care of the kids that got a little scared on the gravity ropes (that kind of empathy is what we need more of in the world)! Every staff member went above and beyond without hesitation and coming from the service industry myself (and my husband) that’s a huge deal! We hope they all know how special they made my son’s 10th birthday!
