- PMPatrick McTeeAug 31, 20261.0I love their unsweetened tea and usually buy it by the gallon. Tonight I ordered and drove 20 minutes out of my way to pick it up. At the ordering speaker I got two different responses after I told them I was there to pick up an order. I ignored that and drove to the window where there were 6 or 7 teenagers laughing hilariously and having a great time inside. One of them tried to hand me a glass of tea and I told her it wasn’t my order. The rest of the teens seemed to think that was hilarious. She then handed me my gallon order. When I got home to enjoy it I discovered it was sweet tea which I can’t drink. I called the store and no one answered. I called again and got an employee who said I could come pick up a replacement. I told him I wanted it delivered (since their app has a delivery option) and was told they don’t deliver. All the time I was on the phone I could hear the rest of the employees laughing loudly in the background.
