  Portion size is good but some condiments requested seemed a bit short. Prices a smidge too high for what is offered. Almost $13 for a chicken burrito, no guac or melted cheese. Staff nice tho.

  The worst part about this visit. Is the stale chips. Then the dinning area is disgusting. Food on the tables, and the floor. Not to mention the napkins and straws all over the place. There's dirt all over the floor. Since I came in about a half hour after they opened. This is a problem.

  Earlier tonight, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location… unfortunately it being the one farthest from me. I called the store after going to the incorrect one, and the employee I spoke with was very helpful and polite. He explained that the order could not be canceled but kindly suggested that I could come in and request a remake so the food would be fresh. I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. When I arrived at the store, I asked the cashier if my order could be remade, (to make note there was no one in line or coming in chipotle at this very moment) as I had been advised over the phone. Unfortunately, my interaction at that point was very disappointing. The cashier responded with, “Remake it for what?” in a dismissive tone. I explained the situation, including my call to the store, but she appeared frustrated and reluctant to assist. She then spoke to another employee and what I assume was the manager on duty, repeatedly stating, “but it’s her fault,” in a way that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Her attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant, and she also spoke rudely to the coworker who gave me the information over the phone about asking for them to remake the order. The overall behavior came across as unprofessional and created an uncomfortable experience. I do want to make light that the employee preparing the food in the back was courteous and helpful, and I appreciate his effort in resolving the situation. Even though I take fault in order my chipotle to the farthest store away from me. I understand that mistakes happen, including my own in selecting the wrong location. However, I believe customers should still be treated with respect and professionalism when seeking help to correct those mistakes.

  I love chipotle, I eat it all the time. Independence was my favorite location because they always pack the bowls and give you your money's worth of food as well as the perfect portions... I literally went from blue springs to independence just for the chipotle and there was this really rude guy in from of me asking for "fresh" of everything and slowing down the whole line while upsetting the staff. Then they gave me very little rice, very little chicken then they filled it full of lettuce and cheese. I got whole bowl with all my favorite things on it and it tasted like a salad. My bowl was cold just because there was so much lettuce and chese and so little rice and chicken. I come here more than a few times a month but I won't be returning any time soon.
