  We came in a 10.48 and wasnt even acknowledged untill 11.03. Then they put the rice and meat on the tortilla and juat let it sit there for another 5 minutes while then started to set up the cold bar 20 minutes after open at thia point. When I mentioned we had been there for 20 min and we're in a hurry the girl just started at me blankly. No one reacted. No one cared.Worst chipoltle experience ever. We were there for 25 minutes first in line for one burrito. Looking at the rating im not surprised. 0/10 dont waste your. Time.

  THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY STARS. I have tried giving this Chipotle multiple chances. I have always been understanding that things get busy and mistakes happen everywhere I go. But everytime something is wrong or a mistake has happened we are made to feel like we are just bothering the employees to make things right. I am sorry but when I am spending almost $25 on a bowl and paying for extra portions, I would like to get what I am paying for. Experience last night will be our last. We had gotten a completey wrong order. Paid for extra meat and extra things for them to not be there as well as not even the right meat. (Which is fine, let's just fix it) When going back to the store and started to explain what was wrong and what happened the employee did not even listen to our issues. She proceeded to grab both bowls out of our hands and SLAM them in the trash and just said "I'll fix it". Fix what?? You didn't even take the time to listen to what was wrong with them?? After this a manager came up and also was just acting like we were the worst for asking for things to be fixed. Trying to explain what happened to her and she also is just interrupting stating "we can't let people keep mess ups" WHAT? We never ONCE said we wanted to keep any food?? Felt like we were arguing and I was over it. After this I just wanted a refund. They went back and forth on if they were even able to do one, said they couldn't do a refund at first then turned into that they could. After spending almost $50 on food INCLUDING A TIP for them to treat us this way is absolutely ridiculous. This location will be closing very very soon looking at reviews with everyone having the same experiences. Y'all need new employees that actually want to help customers. Not make them feel like they are a burden. We were so excited to have this location open near us but at this point we are happy to drive for better service. Absolutely horrible.

  If I could I’ve zero starts, I would. Numerous times I have waited for sauces/foods they have been out of. Told it would be 10-15 minutes and waiting for an hour and they haven’t even started. 291/40 is better management 10/10!!!! UPDATE——— Just went to the 291 Valley View Parkway (291/40why) to get vinaigrette, they said “Yeah, I heard about that one, I’m sorry!”. Get a new manager. Sincerely all clients 👏🏼

  Tried this chipotle multiple times, giving them the benefit of the doubt... but after 3 or 4 visits with the same experience i won't be coming back. The portions are SMALL, I have to ask multiple times for more rice, more queso(she filled it less than half way), more toppings, etc., then got the workers look at me like i did something wrong. For the price, I better be getting full, accurate portions. The chips are horrendous. Its very clear they mix old and fresh chips. The quality control is absolutely nonexistent (see photos). Im extremely disappointed that these chips are 'up to par' with their standards. I couldn't eat them, they were stuck together and way too greasy. Will not be returning.

  They always mess up my order in someway. Either incorrectly making my food or forgetting items I spend money on or use points for. One of the managers at the time of making this (blonde hair lady with tattoos) was extremely disrespectful while talking to me about what to do about my missing item, she was acting like I was the problem and like I FORGOT. Not that I entirely agree with this but the customer is always right at least when you mess up their order. Seemed like she had something against me but I don’t know how that would be possible because we don’t know each other. Needless to say I’ll never go back to this location. The one on 40hwy will do just fine(even with the longer drive). 2.6 stars is very generous. They need a new manager to fix the location or a higher up constantly watching over their shoulders!
