- JPJessica Pecina5 days ago1.0Did an online order for 112 dollars. They accepted the order online and called me to tell me they didnt have enough product to make my meal and to cancel my order online. Customer service let's me know that they already said my order was fulfilled and my money will not be refunded. Don't go here. Haley is very unprofessional. She doesnt know how to run a store. She wouldnt even come out to address this issue with me when I came to the store to get the issue resolved. She had one of the other employees playing messenger for her. I will be contacting the general manager. This is such bullshit. I am so livid
- CCcammie cMay 13, 20261.0this is the worst chipotle i’ve ever had any experience at. they forget part of my order EVERY time i go here or they just replace it with something that i did not ask for. i.e. in my quesadilla order i ordered white rice, sour cream and corn on the side and got just shredded cheese and rice. i also ordered chips and guacamole and got chips and green sauce. i mean seriously? is it that hard to put the correct items in an order. i am really disappointed with this location

The chicken was barely there and what few pieces that were was fatty. Im done with Chipotle. I will cook my own or go to Qudoba. Do better. I spent $13 too much on crunchy food
