Sat there just waiting for almost 10 minutes for the drink and had to go through the refund process when they could have just given me the drink and dealt with the SMALL DIFFERENCE LATER! Instead they wanted me to repay and make me wait for MY money back. Which cost them a customer. The manager Timothy ruined my experience. Will not be back because of this, since it was too difficult to just let me get the drink. Hope the $1 difference made it worth losing a customer.

The service and convenience are amazing. Two covered drive-thru bays with real people helping you with your order is just the beginning. A kitchen that cranks out the CORRECT order by the time you reach the window is the icing on the cake. Maybe the management of McD's, Wendy's, and BK should stop by here for lunch and figure out why their places are empty, and Chick-fil-A has traffic backed up all the way to the street.

During my 45 minute commute home, after a particularly rough day at work , Chic-fil-a popped Into my head. It's another 15 Minutes from my house during rush hour but I was famished. As I neared the restaurant I was not surprised to see a line all the way to the streets then some. However had made it this far and a line wasn't going to keep me from enjoy some of that great chicken. I'm usually happy if a restaurant meets 2 of my 3 requirements. 1. Quality 2. value 3.speed. If its good and cheap I don't care how long it takes. 7 freaking minutes. 7 from the time I got In The very long line until I was driving away fishing In the bag for waffle fries. 7! I don't know how you guys do it. Fast , great chicken and was pleasantly surprised that it was 7 dollars less than I anticipated. Thank you.
