17.26$ the shrimp is bigger than the fish pieces, and it is like catfish nuggets. there's like three bites of coleslaw, and 12 fries (I counted them). this is my first and probably last time coming here.

I ordered online. I regretted it when I picked it up. When I walked in, there was obviously a ceiling leak cause there were buckets and trash cans sitting underneath the water coming from the ceiling. I ordered a whole catfish with greens, yams, and hush puppies. There was also a fish and chicken combo. That was ordered with mashed potatoes and green beans, and an extra side of basa. Nothing was great. The fish was crispy and had a good flavor. It did have some slimy areas that were put to the side. I ignored it and ate because I wanted to give it the benefit of doubt. The other plate with the potatoes and green beans were not finished. The meal was supposed to come with basa and leg/wing. The small basa strips came with two wings. We finished eating around 9:30. Woke up around 1am and my stomach was hurting so I went to the bathroom. Diarrhea. Laid back down and tried going back to sleep. Back to the bathroom and I vomited. Several times. Needless to say, I will never patronize this restaurant again. I truly regret ordering from here.

I would first like to say I like Charlie D's. The fish is good and the shrimp boil is always excellent. I must say I'm highly disappointed in the chop chop meal. I have complained several times but no changes and most of the pork chops are less than a quarter inch and that's sad. Get a thicker cut of pork chops and raise the price and never let your quality suffer. The super thin pork chops are very dry and overcooked. You can't cook super thin meat for the same time as you cook thicker meat, that's common sense. I hope you guys read this and take it serious because big restaurants are going out of business more and more, small restaurants need to step up and take advantage of it.

Never in my entire life have I ever set in a Drive-Thru for 45 minutes! I've been so curious and dying to come to Charlie D's (based off of my friends word of mouth about the one on Eastwood) I finally get to try it out!! For the money its not that bad however,That is the most ridiculous place I have ever freaking experienced ever in my life I sat and watched one of the workers "be boppin" around and dancing in the freaking drive-thru window talking to two other gentlemen until I had to get out of my vehicle and walk in and tell him I had to leave to go to my appointment and then come back!?!? Because it still wasn't out after 40 minutes???!!! He said oh okay and then went back behind the counter then started cooking our meal!! WHAT??? DISRESPECTFUL!!!! They disregarded us completely and acted as if we weren't even there in the Drive-Thru and there was another car back behind us! That was the most disrespectful rude experience I have ever had in any kind of fast food restaurants in my whole 45 years of living!!! I've worked fast food before and I GUARANTEE THAT NO ONE HAS EVER HAD TO WAIT 40 TO 45 MINS IN THE DRIVE-THRU UNLESS THEY WERE GIVING BIRTH OR SOME KIND OF NATURAL DISASTER WAS HAPPENING AT THE TIME! I had a appointment that I completely missed because of this !!! Where do ppl get off ? You are at your job to serve the customer NOT to have a "jam session " That was SO unprofessional and DISTASTEFUL (NO PUN ) and down right WRONG!!! SO FAR THE FOOD SMELLS WONDERFUL !!! As FAR AS THE SERVICE??? WHAT SERVICE,?????? 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼!!!! TERRIBLE!!! I'M so UPSET I missed my appointment that I can't even eat what I waited so long for!!!!
