The second my family walked in the door he is yelling at us and rushing up to order. He takes the order from the children and hounds them to order extra without parents permission. He added stuff to the order without adults acknowledging it until it's time to pay. When I'm discussing stuff with my family and telling the kids no. He goes ahead and rings it up then gives it to them. Not once have I been given a receipt. No way in hell should a family of 3 be charged almost $60 for an ice cream. I can go to Dairy Queen or Andy's and get way more for less. The service here is rude and the cost on the menu doesn't add up to the total that they are charging their customers. Never again will I go there.

He said “stand there and think about it a minute”, and “everything you need to know you can read about in front of the flavor. “ He refused to give me a receipt after he made up other excuses like he had a long line or he would give it to me in a minute. Once the place was empty, and he was not busy, he still could not produce a receipt and was rude about it. I am sure that I was charged for something I was not supposed to be charged for.
