  If you're gonna be like Culver's and make everyone pull up - the person checking the orders before taking it outside to customer needs to be smart. I sat out there 10 minutes and had to go back because they forgot my cheesesteak sandwich. There was only one other car in drive thru so they weren't busy and at least 4 employees inside .

  Ordered online and it was still ready 20 minutes late. I let them know through the drive thru I was there and was asked to pull into a parking spot. After sitting there 15 minutes I had to go inside to see what the problem was. I thought maybe they were butchering the cow fresh. I go in and complain and all of a sudden I was a priority. About 5 minutes later I finally received my food but, by then I was already late for work.

  We came in for a quick bite door said lobby closed at 1030 apparently your not suppose to enter at 930 according to the angry kid . This person proceeds to tell the poor manager that he needs us to pay card or leave. Now I'm staying. We order our food listen to him cuss and yell.in back and slam stuff . My girlfriend was uncomfortable at this point I'm laughing and going to eat slow. The manager cooked our food delivered our food while fighting with this over grown child who doesn't understand what a job is. We spoke with the Manger before leaving he was brought in from another store was welling to compensate us. I declined it wasn't his fault. Apparently no one updated the sign on the door but still close is close not 30 mins or more early.
