  Laci in drive thru was excellent! Whoever hired her needs a gold star. More like her please . Oh yeah the food was very good too.

  I have never had a bad experience with Arby's and they're employees. But I feel bad for the manager who was on duty from another store who had to cook and deliver our food and try to calm down a grown man who was throwing things,slamming dishes down and yelling and cursing up a storm all because we came in almost 40 minutes before closing time. The grown man who was throwing fit was getting way to hostile and I felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the restaurant. This happened on the 25th of April around 9.25pm. I also felt the 2 other employees who was African American felt uncomfortable with his actions that night.

  We came in for a quick bite door said lobby closed at 1030 apparently your not suppose to enter at 930 according to the angry kid . This person proceeds to tell the poor manager that he needs us to pay card or leave. Now I'm staying. We order our food listen to him cuss and yell.in back and slam stuff . My girlfriend was uncomfortable at this point I'm laughing and going to eat slow. The manager cooked our food delivered our food while fighting with this over grown child who doesn't understand what a job is. We spoke with the Manger before leaving he was brought in from another store was welling to compensate us. I declined it wasn't his fault. Apparently no one updated the sign on the door but still close is close not 30 mins or more early.

  Food was good. The service was great. The store is usually very clean.
