  Recently started ordering again from Domino's after years of trying everything else. I must say that something great has changed. I've ordered twice so far for delivery, and I must say, it arrived very hot and fresh, the ingredients were tasty and sufficient and what I ordered was affordable. Whatever Domino's did, KUDOS.

  My husband asked for Canadian bacon and neither employees knew what that was. 🤔 It's ham! We asked if he was sure he knew what it was. And he said, yeah he knew. We got our pizza and it's just bacon. 🤐😐

  I normally order on line and have it delivered to me. This time I was near them was craving pizza. Went into the store and was greeted by Tim. Very nice man talked about how he liked working there etc!! Answered all questions I asked about dominoes Thank you for a enjoyable time while waiting on my pizza

  We are incredibly grateful for this dominoes location for being so kind and generous. The Elizabeth high school track team came from Colorado and had a few bumps along the way. Domino’s delivered in a big way. Thank you so much.

  In the interest of transparency, I used ChatGPT to organize my review to maximize its impact. We placed a large, last-minute pickup order at the Domino’s Pizza on East US Hwy in Independence to feed about 60 people (mostly hungry high school athletes) around 9 PM. From the start, the staff was helpful and made the process easy. I explained we needed a mix of pizzas (sausage, pepperoni, cheese) and to stay around a $300 budget, and they took care of the rest. Manager Jesse called to let me know the order would be delayed about 15–20 minutes, which was completely understandable given the size of the order. Then, unexpectedly, he offered to comp the entire order. That level of customer service is rare. The pizzas were hot, fresh, and exactly what we needed. Bottom line: If you need a large order handled well—even late at night—this location delivers both quality and outstanding service.
