  Really wondering what there waisted food amount here is.ordered a dorito loco taco but the shell was soft? I didn’t ask for a soft taco. Makes we wonder how much others they serve out that’s already made up just waiting to sell

  Can't follow simple instructions. Everything i order food with no tomatoes, I get tomatoes.

  Worst taco bell i’ve ever ordered from. I sent my husband to get us dinner. I ordered the $9 Discovery box with no creamy jalapeño sauce except that’s not what I received. The tacos had no peppers at all and barely any meat. The burrito was mostly beans and nacho sauce. & my cinnamon twist was not in the bag at all. When I tried to call to ask if my husband can get the tacos fixed or at least the peppers the girl hung up on me before I could even ask. Once she heard something was wrong she decided hanging up on me was the best option. I won’t be eating here again I would rather make the extra trip to Jefferson City.

  This place has gotten progressively worse and worse over the years. I don't think I've gotten an order that was correct from them the last couple of times I've been. It's always something that was made wrong and or missing. And this last time I put in a mobile order, went through the drive-through, got asked for my name, gave it to them, and got no response. So I went through thinking I'd be set since I gave them my name as asked, but when I got to the window after 20 minutes of waiting they told me that I hadn't been signed in and that I'd have to wait another 10-20 minutes for it. So I said never mind and asked about a refund to which they told me that wasn't possible. So all in all skip this crappie place and go to a different Taco Bell, where they actually give you what you order.

  Really how do you forget to make the drinks on my door dash order I know people mess up but seriously get it together.
