  Ordered free bread sticks from my computer and then tried to order a pizza. It wouldnt go thru so I went to the business. The manager was very rude and told me they dont do the free rewards thing, I told her it took my points. She couldnt care less and didnt help me order inside. She left to do other things as she seemed to busy to help me. I told her if they dont do the rewards then WHY DID IT TAKE MY REWARDS???WONT be back.

  Great Place, reminds of how Pizza Hut used to be, Salad Bar, Buffets at times too! The quality of the pizza has returned. I swore off Pizza Hut Restaurants for 15 years as stores in my area began converting to essentially Little Ceasar's, and lowered the pizza quality to match the price competitions. If all the Pizza Huts return to their roots from 70's, 80's and 90's, add a sit down video game machine or 2, and a CD jukebox or similar, the nostalgia alone will bring so many back into the stores.

  My order wasn't picked up by DoorDash so I went in to pick it up. Order was just under $26. Sent my 15 year old in to get it and she had handed the lady $41, which was originally the cost of the pizza and driver tip. The dark red headed girl took the money after my daughter told her it wasn't paid for yet since DD didn't pick it up. She said that's ok by me and handed my daughter a $5 back for delivery fee reimbursement and turned and told the guy "Look what I got!" I immediately went inside because this woman was obviously stealing money from the business AND didn't even give proper change to my daughter. I addressed it and she starts apologizing and saying she didn't know because my daughter just handed her cash. This woman needs fired immediately. As a restaurant GM, this behavior is uncalled for. I imagine she steals all of the cash payments. I also tried to pay for my pizza to the young man and they wouldn't take it, saying the pizza was on them. She clearly was trying to bribe her way out of me reporting her. I will also be calling the owner and management if this Pizza Hut.
