Get up to the window and the person had to ask what I ordered because people kept leaving out of line (Im assuming for the ridiculous wait). I think this is the last time I order from this one. You all need to completely fire the whole staff and get people in here that give a crap for the night time. drive thru. My fries were over cooked, cold, and tasted like garbage, my chicken nuggets were cold, and the double quarter pounder with cheese was the deluxe one instead of a regular one and also cold.

I was over it at that point , let me just get my food and go , got home went to sleep wake up to warm my food up just to find out it was just Sausage and Mc griddle and now I am pissed off. And they never want to answer the phone when you call. I will like my food to be right , I paid for the extra thing on my sandwich I do expect to have them
