  Somehow they messed up the order of a single slim sandwich. Literally slims are meat and cheese and they forgot the cheese. They refused to offer credit without driving back on my lunch break. Freaky fast unless they screw up a TWO INGREDIENT sandwhich, then you just gotta waste your entire lunch break driving back and forth. They didnt even apologize!! They basically accused me of lying stating they cant do anything without seeing the sandwich as if they didnt see it when they made it with only one of two ingredients. I used to serve Jimmy at Maiz in Champaign and he's a great guy but this location is just unbelievably incompetent and terrible customer service. No one is calling to lie about a slice of cheese, y'all.

  Rude. Walked in, stood at the counter, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Then finally the lady said “are you ready?" Without even looking up. Why is customer service no longer a thing?

  Moving reviews over from Yelp. This was the closest JJ to an office I worked out of for four years and the review was written after my first visit to this location. I ate their food at least once a week the whole time I worked there because JJ is my preferred fast food. Dine-in, carry-out and even delivery. This location is simply not a great example of a Jimmy Johns. Dammit! This is the JJ location closest to my new office. They have a drive-thru. They are convenient...but - dammit - they can't be trusted. Today's sandwich had hard, unripe tomato slices on it. No quality control process should have ever let those land on my sandwich. Truly, they never should have even made it past the prep station. Fortunately, I dined-in and was able to get them replaced. Had I grabbed the sandwich to go or used their drive-thru I would have been really pissed. As is, it made me pretty unhappy to have been served a sub-standard product. Being charged a quarter for a water cup just added insult to injury!
