  Gross keeps getting my orders wrong and I got a sandwich with meat that was still wrapped on paper and knew something was wrong when I was eating bc it was chewy and the meat still had the paper on it this place is gross and waisted my money

  Somehow they messed up the order of a single slim sandwich. Literally slims are meat and cheese and they forgot the cheese. They refused to offer credit without driving back on my lunch break. Freaky fast unless they screw up a TWO INGREDIENT sandwhich, then you just gotta waste your entire lunch break driving back and forth. They didnt even apologize!! They basically accused me of lying stating they cant do anything without seeing the sandwich as if they didnt see it when they made it with only one of two ingredients. I used to serve Jimmy at Maiz in Champaign and he's a great guy but this location is just unbelievably incompetent and terrible customer service. No one is calling to lie about a slice of cheese, y'all.

  Rude. Walked in, stood at the counter, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Then finally the lady said “are you ready?" Without even looking up. Why is customer service no longer a thing?
