This was my 3rd times the charm moment only to be left even more pissed off then the last two times I tried getting food here. I spent 30+ dollars on the full Mandalorian meal. The driver shows up and when asked where the shake was, she told me the workers said it only comes with a cup. It clearly states what it comes with on my ticket taped to the damm box. Not only was there no shake, but there was apparently no tots either. I couldn't go down there to argue with them and honestly didn't see the point as just about every time I have been there for food the workers looked high as a kite and unbothered to actually work. They mess up every single order I get there. And this was past 8pm, it's not busy so what excuse do you have for not being able to read the ticket and follow through? Now I'm down money for a stupid meal I couldn't even really enjoy. Just shut this location down because obviously nobody wants to earn their paychecks here.
