  Pizza wasn't cooked well and had to wait an extra 20 minutes because apparently the person who took my order didn't actually let anyone know I suppose. Dining room was closed so had to order through drivethu and the employees were just rude and didn't really care whether they had your business or not.

  Worst ever Pizza Hut. This is 3rd time in this place I have extremely bad experience in food quality and employees behavior. Employee was cursed me out. they give me uncooked pizza I ask her to change she put same pizza in oven back and burned it.and employee continues arguing with me. I ask for refund she ask for all personal info to fill out I was not trusting her give my info to her. She was threatening me so I didn’t give. I went day after when I was in area ask for manager and lady come out to drive thru window to talk to me she I can’t give refund back.

  The drive they needs to be re directed. I don’t understand why the wait is soooo long. The people in front should be directed to the back of line if their food isn’t ready. I am very disgusted. Waited my whole lunch hour and more to get my pizzas that had been ready the whole time

  Called asked what the specials were lady said hold on.. handed the phone to another lady asked her she said large 3 topping for 9.99 I asked how much is just a large cheese she said 14 dollars and I said ok let me get a large cheese for 9.99 and also ...she hung up called me back said sorry yes you can get a large cheese for 9.99. Got the two pizzas I ordered the pizza was as dry as a piece of cardboard like it was 40 years old. Worst pizza hut in America.
