- MFM FApr 30, 20262.0Dude at the window taking orders, absolute gem. So polite and kind. Wonderful! Older lady at the Pick Up window, she probably should hang up her hat and work in a warehouse somewhere with boxes but not with people! In what world do you think it’s appropriate to continuously talk to your customers like they are stupid and then “through the flower” accusing them of trying to get an upgrade on a beverage without paying! The coffee order was not done correctly. I am ordering this one forever now, I know how it is supposed to taste! It was not done correctly! To top it all off, we were then asked to wait for our food. Big shocker, food is old, parts inedible. Most certainly won’t stop by that location anymore when traveling. Franchise owner, district manager, I don’t know who, but somebody needs to take a real close look at this location. Disgrace.
