Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     We always stop here when traveling to or from our cabin, and we’re never disappointed! The service is consistently friendly, the food is always fresh and served hot, and the staff does a great job keeping the restaurant clean. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Keep up the great work!

    Took 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru with only one person in front of me. Food wasn’t even hot. Take note, when someone is driving thru a drive thru, include freaking napkins. Seems logical right? Save time and frustration and go down the road to Culver’s. You’re through there in less than 2 minutes and all your stuff is fresh. Such a disappointment.

    The first time I went here we got French fries that were still raw. We didn't discover until we had already left. The hamburger really had no flavor. The manager did give us a coupon for a free meal. We order the double jalapeno burger meal. Nothing really had any flavor. Not the burger or the fries, nothing tasted like it had any flavor. Last time I'm eating here with a yummy Culver's right next door.
