  There seems to be alot of drama going on with the people who work the evening shift, they seem to be more worried about gossip than getting food out quickly.. a big portion of this is the manager with black hair that wears his sunglasses inside. That dude is very unprofessional to say the least.

  Absolutely the worst customer service . The young ladies working her , seem to think it's more important to visit with their friends than her the orders ready for custmers that have been waiting nearly 30 minutes for!!! They need to be reminded THIS IS A JOB!!!

  I’ve had the unfortunate experience of being a DoorDash driver and delivering orders from this McDonald’s frequently. Honestly, more than I care to admit. The service is absolutely terrible, especially at night. My food has always come out either cold or with not enough toppings. The other day, I ordered a double cheeseburger with mayonnaise added, and extra onion. I found maybe a handful of the diced onions, And the mayo was pretty much nonexistent. To a degree, I understand why it takes them so long, However, I used to work fast food and I currently work customer service. You are not supposed to Ignore people that are standing at the counter. I witnessed a gentleman today who was wearing a uniform that looked as if it was a manager’s uniform he ignored myself and two other people that were standing at the Counter. He never acknowledged our presence, He was more worried about his phone. I will say there are a couple of good employees at this location. Please don’t assume that I am bashing them. In the same turn, I do hate to see good hard workers being brought down by the lazy employees that I deal with on almost a regular basis. As somebody who has been in a Manager position before, If my employees were to completely ignore a customer that was standing at the counter, They would be terminated immediately. That is poor customer service and honestly nobody wants to stand at the McDonald’s counter, waiting for 15+ minutes

  We pulled in as the tornado sirens started to go off. We were promptly told on the drive thru we couldn't be served because they were taking cover. Ok, that's great. Then we watched the manager LOCK THE DOORS! Mind you, this McD is also in a gas station. So we went in thru the Loves side. We were told inside they were not serving customers so we sat for a bit. One employee had the nerve to loudly say "don't steal any McDonald's" as they left to "go shelter" somewhere when really they all just walked around Loves. The manager remained in the store doing nothing except telling people they couldn't be served. No one else closed down. Subway and Loves all continued to operate. The people on the Loves side were so nice and helpful, we bought food from them and it was way better than McD anyway! I have had run ins with terrible service here before, but this was the nail in the coffin... NEVER AGAIN. I will never again go to this McDonald's EVER AGAIN!

  My dear beloved best friend ordered one mcchicken with pickles after not eating for two weeks. Just one mcchicken is all she asked for. After a 30 minute wait in the drive through we decided to go inside to pickup the singular mcchicken. Upon arrival inside the establishment, we noticed that it was full of autistic high schoolers catcalling us and treating us like slabs of hot meat. We notified the “cashier” who i’m not even sure is of the human species, of the issue at hand. After an hour of waiting, the hunger and tension was just excruciating. We ventured back through the drive through and oh my, finally received the said mcchicken. But to my poor beloved best friend’s surprise, the mcchicken was completely plain. No mayo, no lettuce, and no pickles. The mcchicken was even described as chemical tasting. I wouldn’t be surprised if the employees soaked the sandwhich in bleach. Her hunger was no where near satisfied and honestly, I see this as neglect. Never in my life have I been subject to such torture at any mcdonald’s location. Not to mention, we decided to stop at whataburger to finally get some sort of food in my poor, poor starving friends stomach and it only took five minutes. This is not only a mcdonald’s issue but a worldwide issue of hunger and starvation. In other parts of the world such as Africa, people face these issues on a regular basis. We should not be having this happen in America the great. I’m very disappointed and would like to speak to ronald myself especially since we’ve been donating to the so called “ronald mcdonald fund” for decades. Is this money going to the children or Israel??
