  We come in about once a month and today was the best service we have had! I didn’t ask for his name but he was a young gentleman and according to the reciept his name is Ryan. Very nice young man, very polite and courteous. Good job!

  I had the most warm and delicious chicken sandwich from Jimmy Jones. The staff were amazing and very helpful when I was trying to decide my toppings for the sandwich. Their chips are just out of this world. Delicious!

  My very first visit to Jimmy John's absolutely blew me away! I ordered the Cubano, toasted to perfection, and it was nothing short of scrumptious. Every single bite was delicious, from the flavorful fillings down to the fresh, irresistible bread. What made the experience even better was the staff. Every employee greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The cleanliness of the restaurant was truly impressive, and even the bathroom was spotless, which tells me everything I need to know about how well they maintain the kitchen in the back. I could not have asked for a better first experience, and I will definitely be back!

Serving a large group isn't easy, but the team handled our order with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. The restaurant was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly clean. Every employee greeted us with a smile and treated us with kindness and respect. Their positive attitudes and teamwork made us feel truly welcome. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly as ordered. The sandwiches were made quickly with fresh bread, crisp vegetables, and high-quality ingredients. Every person in our group enjoyed their meal, and not a single order was incorrect. What impressed us most was how the staff remained friendly, patient, and organized while taking care of our large party. Their commitment to excellent customer service was evident in every interaction. A big thank you to the entire team at the Harrisonville Jimmy John's for making our visit such a great experience.
