  I was able to read all 1,934 reviews before I could even put in my order at the drive through. Thank you for protecting the people, I actually decided to get a salad instead.

  Today me and some family went to Sonic's, we first TRIED to get service at the drive-thru, we then waited ten minutes without any response to us asking if anyone was there. We then went to the parking stalls and pressed the order button multiple times for another ten minutes, keep in mind the entire time we waited for service the workers were just sitting outside talking, calling people, and overall wasting time. They were not on break. Then finally one of my family members called out to one of them and asked if this parking stall was broken she then said that she has been connected and to give her a moment(not like we gave you 20 but whatever) We thought initially that they were busy, they were completely dead. We even saw another car pull through the drive-thru and get no service unlike us they didn't have the patience for this slow, unprofessional, and overall awful treatment and drove off.We are extremely disappointed as to why people can continue to employ incompetence.

  They were rude and nasty they had our order messed up and I called the man for me and she just wanted to talk all day

  Visited at 945 pm. Parked in a stall and waited 20 minutes and no one took our order. Cars driving away becasue no one is taking orders. Management need some adjustment.

  this is a very bad experience. I went to get food before my dad had to go to work and I saved it for later. I just now opened it up and noticed that it was wrong. There was ketchup and onions on it. I asked politely what do I do about this and the worker that answered the phone was completely rude. She said why wouldn’t have you just came back and I said because I live hour away and she said there’s nothing we can do about it and called an attitude and then she told me you know what what’s your name and I told her and she said all right bye and then hung up the phone, but didn’t tell me what I’m supposed to do this call happened around 8:46 7/11/26
