Don't know if they don't wanna work or their equipment is old but the last 3 times I've gone there I've been turned away because their unable to take any orders because blah, blah, blah. I prefer BK instead of McDonalds because i think they taste better but I'm thinking bout switching because this BK service is terrible.

It took a few minutes to get my food. The dining area was decently kept and I appreciate the cushioned seating. Keep up the good work!
