Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Moved from Texas to Illinois 4 years ago. Haven’t had whataburger in years and on my trip I decided to get one of my old favs. I will gladly say one of the top 10 experiences at a Whataburger. Food was fresh and service was quick. Thank you!!

I have eaten Whataburger in San Antonio, Dallas and Wichita falls, Texas. Grandview Missouri is total trash. I should have only ordered fries and left it at that. Burger looks well done but taste raw. If you want the real Whataburger experience do not come to Missouri to eat it!!!!!

The young lady at the drive thru couldn't stop laughing because someone was talking to her in her headset; another employee. The fries were cold, the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich was barely warm, and my Sprite was watered down. I expected a lot more from What a burger. Granted, it was 2:45am, but they're open 24 hours, so there's really no excuse. And, they were very slow.

Very poor experience. We went through the drive-thru and the girl taking orders was talking very quiet and clearly didn’t understand what we had ordered. She had an “I don’t care” attitude, and was not very helpful. We had asked for two #1s, no drink. One of them ketchup only and the other one plain and a side of ranch. We ended up with a burger and a bun for one of them. Looking at the menu later they don’t automatically come with cheese. But we did not get any fries or the ranch we ordered. Would not go back to this location.
