Got a foot long coney, the dog wasn't hot.. the tots and chili were hot and delicious. Cherry limeade was good too

I pulled up to tbe drive thru at 10:47 to be greeted with we close in 6 mins and then nothing so I drove around and made this review. Very disappointed as I took a quick break just to come get a burger.

Sonic needs to hire some damn workers, had a very bratty girl say some gibberish to me at the menu in the drive thru, I repeatedly asked "what" as I couldn't understand what was said and got zero response... I was hung up on. I nearly drove away as I figured I was told they were closed, except I saw a car at the window when I drove up.
After waiting for minutes I finally got my turn at the window and told the girl I didn't just what she said. She gave me the most condescending look and give no shits attitude and said "I said to come up to the window because it's just me here." Needless to say being forced to make my other from memory was not ideal, but to do that after being treated so badly was next level.
Another few minutes I got my food handed to me without a word from her and only an 'I hate you' glare. I still told her thank you out of social reflex and I still got nothing from her.. not a you're welcome or anything.
Absolutely terrible, Sonic, do better.

The new manager Jose is really trying his best. I am constantly given the wrong food. When I try to address it methany tells me this is the food I ordered. I show her the receipt. She tells me she can’t find my order in the system…while holding my receipt. These are the people they hire.
