Why ask for no cheese and repeat it twice and the girl on the speaker is clearly distracted by a conversation with a coworker that she asks me to repeat the order. I immediately opened my burger to check and I got cheese. I almost sent it back but decided it wasn't worth it, but my time and dollars are so I won't be back.always something is wrong with the order or its dry and cold. No in between.
Had only one other vehicle, took 25 mins to bring me a single hot fudge Sunday. Said he’d go back for a spoon bc he forgot, didn’t come back. Thankfully I had an extra spoon in the car.
Few things! I think whoever runs this page set the store in the wrong location… it’s showing it in the middle of a neighborhood. Not an issue though still found my way. But here in the photo I’ve posted you can see I bought the SuperSONIC Breakfast Burrito (x2), however it had no meat and no jalapeños (no jp’s is whatever but no meat man wth)… either this location knows I’m cutting calories and got gym in a bit, or they just forgot to put the meat in. Seriously speaking however, to me it’s whatever, I’m not gonna go crazy and freakout like most of the people in the reviews over some spilt milk. I do got experience in restaurants and fast food joints, and if stuff like this is happening on the daily basis, it’s not always just the person making the food, some of this should come down to management. In my experience if you mess up an order then you redo it, whatever, quality definitely outweighs speed especially if the difference is negligible, but that expectation (clearly) wont ever be there unless management steps in and does their side of the work. I don’t care to want a refund or to freakout and request a manager lol, but if my review helps out o’well. Yall take care.

I’m doing DoorDash and I was sitting at your drive-through for 15 to 25 minutes with none of your employees help and no one coming to the intercom or anything they didn’t even tell me that they were gonna come to me or help me anytime soon. No one says anything or anything about helping me.

I usually trust fast food coffee about as much as I trust Kansas weather in spring, technically possible, but emotionally risky.
But this place has one exception: the cold brew. Consistent, and good.
And then there’s the real MVP: the woman working there. Genuinely kind, super friendly, and delivering customer service I absolutely do not expect at Sonic, especially knowing the pay is basically “thanks and good luck.” Most places at that level are just trying to survive the shift, but she’s out here acting like every order is a personal mission and every customer is important, even when it’s 9:30 a.m. and I’m clearly still buffering.
On July 6th at 9:30 AM I dropped my card (yes, my mistake). I was fully prepared for the usual “it’s gone forever now” experience… but she literally offered to come outside and pick it up for me. That’s next-level service. I was already bracing for emotional damage and instead got kindness.
10/10 cold brew. 11/10 employee. I don’t know what she’s being paid, but it’s not enough for this level of emotional labor + kindness combo.
