  The food and pricing at this location are fine, but the customer service on this night was unacceptable. ​I arrived at the store at 9:30 Saturday, evening. A short fat lady in the lobby wearing a Kansas City Chiefs shirt looked at me and repeatedly stated the word "drive-thru" while twirling her fingers in the air, looking at me like im inconveniencing her, rather than speaking in complete sentences. When I acknowledged her, she repeated it with an attitude, turned her back, and completely ignored me. ​A closed lobby is fine, but the lack of basic professional communication is horrible. A standard sentence such as "Our lobby is closed, please use the drive-thru. " or even"please use the Drive through." takes two seconds to say and communicates in full coherent sentences. The conduct displayed was dismissive, rude, and uncalled for. I'm not 100% sure she even worked there, I mean she didn't have a uniform on, was wearing a Chiefs jersey. I kinda hope she didn't work there. Anyone that is that rude I hope does not work in customer service. Perhaps she was just a friend of an employee staying around and she was in the lobby. she was the short chubby lady. The older gentleman that I normally see at the cash register has always been very polite and friendly.
