Worst experience me and my husband experience at this Mcdonalds..a kid thibkn he a manager and arguing with customers ad I hope corporate pupl up the video amd fired him because I have proof..I appreciate the ladies for standing up for me and i wasnt in the wrong..the fact the employees have to keep pushing that guy to the back like he was tryn to fight me and my husband I will b making a police report on that employee

Stop in at MCD on 150hwy & 291hwy South Lee’s Summit. Ate there a couple of weeks ago and am seeing an alarming trend. I ordered the $5 meal deal with no mayo but catsup instead. The register clerk said $13 plus change (almost $14). I said that would make the taxes you’re charging more than 100%. Then he said, oh that’s your change. No it’s not. I gave him a $20.45. The change should be $15 not you charging me almost $14. Then he came back with $5.79. I said again that’s about 15% tax. He says we’ll ever is going up. He said you wanted catsup and that’s 31 cents extra. I’ve noticed recently being penny-annied by MCD. MCD tried to charge me for catsup they putting on the sandwich yet didn’t deduct the mayo cost they weren’t putting on the sandwich. Mayo typically costs more so they should have given me money back. I walked out of that MCD.
Their own executives have said MCD mark ups and profits are so high they don’t worry about what customers like or dislike. I think it’s time us customers stop eating at MCD for just 6 weeks and see if MCD changes their strategic plan.

What a joke, no one spoke English, completely screwed up the order, had to ask for a cup 4 times, still waiting to see what a food surprise we actually get. Will not recommend or return m. Update, no fries in the happy meal🤬and when did a quarter pounder get so small?? Looks like a slider 🤦♂️already trashed the receipt so I can’t use the contact link. Not worth the effort I just won’t return

I come here about two or three times a week, and that young man with the curly hair is always on point. He always assists me so kindly and is very respectful. He gets my order right every single time, and quite quickly too. He’s consistently doing a wonderful job and truly makes my day. Because of him, I keep coming back.
