  Admittedly my roommate and I stop here almost every morning on our way into work. Everybody is always so so nice and pleasant and the food/drinks are 🤌🏻 delicious. 10/10 would reccomend and by far my fave Dutch location 🖤

  I travel around the Midwest for work and this is the best Dutch Bro’s location I’ve come across! I come to this location twice a week usually and the baristas will sometimes remember my name, drink, things I have discussed with them, etc. It genuinely feels like more than just coffee as I never feel rushed away like at Starbucks or Dunkin. Dakota, Sarah, and Angel are some of the girls whose names I remember so I would love to shout them out because they are AWESOME!! My drink is always tasty, drive thru is efficient, and the customer service is excellent. I never leave reviews but shout out to this awesome location and company!!!!

  Go there every morning, great service/enjoy the workers there, never been a doubter of services because their employees are awesome and respectful!! Will continue to attend for the service and coffee 🩷🩷🩷

  So I went to the Grandview Missouri store today 12115 Blue Ridge Blvd, Grandview, MO 64030. The ladies in that store are very rude I wanted to leave zero stars but I had to leave at least one star to write a review, I will not be back to that store I will travel 30 minutes to get my coffee like I did today for better service and to talk to people that are really nice and actually talk to you. I spend my hard-earned money and I believe I should be treated with respect and dignity but that store did not give me that today, I will travel 30 minutes like I did today to raytown Missouri and get my coffee from now on.

  This specific Dutch Bros in the KC area is the absolute WORST with customer service. This morning 04/27/26 at around 8:50-9 a.m. I got in line before heading to work. The girl taking my order didn’t even greet me and I had to lead the conversation after she just stared at me waiting for me to speak to her when her attitude was uninviting and rude. When I got up to the window, the girl wearing a headband, making drinks, never turned to even say hello. I sat at the window, silently, for 2-3 minutes before a guy handed me my food (still not greeting me, just stuck the food out of the window.) and said my total because I was paying cash. This was all going down while a different employee was having a lovely conversation about the weather to a man on walk side. I got the silent treatment. I got handed my drink by the same guy with no thank you, no goodbye, STILL not even a “hello”, nothing. I left with the worst customer service experience I’ve had nearly anywhere in the KCMO area. I tip every time I go anywhere, generously, and I couldn’t bring myself to tip after being treated like that. The drink was mediocre at best. They cannot use the excuse of it being busy because it was not, it was just starting to get busy as I was leaving the drive thru. It's also upsetting because I used a free drink reward which I'll never get back now even with the poor service and quality. I paid cash for the food ordered.
