- RRRoryAug 6, 20261.0Hostile architecture: the restaurant. This place hates you and wants you gone. Every chair is flat and hard and small. The booths are hard, bare, and too far from the bolted-down tables, and shallow enough to cut into my mid thighs (and I am a small person.) The lighting is DIRECTLY overhead. The stools are miniscule, you'd be better seated on a bicicle. There is not even the smallest sense of privacy, every table and chair faces each other. The noise bounces like crazy over the hard surfaces, drowning you in kitchen noise and desperate radio. Every corner is just shy of sharp enough to cut. This Chipotle even LOOKS stripped down, the ceiling, walls, and floors look like they have been stripped for new owners. We got there around 6, but the floors, tables, and chairs were FILTHY. They were obviously running on bare-bones staff, each frantically trying to do 2-3 jobs. The staff were polite but harried. I asked for our table to be wiped down, and after 5 minutes, someone came down to brush the table off quickly with a dry cloth, smudging the leftover crumbs over the hard, soulless table. Besides all of that, the prices only seemed cheap until you try to order something. Cheese? Extra dollar. Guac? 3 dollars. Chipotle hates you.

Shortly afterward, I received an email showing that my credit card had been charged, so I assumed the order had gone through successfully. When I arrived to pick it up, the restaurant had never received my order. I showed them the confirmation email, and Giovanni immediately stepped in to help. Since I had already been charged, he worked with me to take my order and had it made right away. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally Giovanni handled the situation. Great customer service!

The employees suck all of them have a negative attitude and it makes it not an enjoyable place to go to me and my family just got an online order and everything was messed up. Don’t eat at this chipotle go anywhere else I promise you this chipotle sucks
