- JJJennifer2 days ago2.0Always has the fattest, chewiest meat out of any chipotle I have ever been to. Just fyi for those who HATE fat. Chicken last time wasn’t even edible, or really chewable and the steak this time was same. Learned my lesson. I will go out of my way to avoid it.

When I arrived at the restaurant my order was not ready...I waited until 1:55 and then left because I had to be back to work by 2pm. When I returned to work I checked the app and they had finished my order at 2pm. I understand when things get busy but then don't allow for a pick up time that cannot be fulfilled. This is why online ordering is made available...so a customer can plan their day. I will not be ordering again from this location any time soon.

- BMBryce MichelsSep 4, 20261.0Normally this is a good location, but I saw some extreme unprofessionalism there today from who I learned was the assistant manager. Assistant manager was screaming at the employee serving me from across the room for giving me "too much" meat, even though it looked like the normal amount. I interjected and said I was fine paying for the "extra" because it was genuinely not that big of a deal. Assistant manager glanced at me, but pretended he didn't hear, and yelled to the employee "be so fking for real, man" and told him to throw the bowl away. As someone whos supervised in the service industry, the assistant manager scolding an employee in front of his peers and customers is inexcusable. That is a conversation to have in a break room or office. Not to mention the cussing on top of that. Worst part was throwing perfectly good food away. Not only does this assistant manager have no concept of the people around him, but also has no concept of money. That was fresh steak, and with the current state of the world, it is ridiculously expensive. The original employee serving me was still polite to me, and did not take out his frustration with his assistant manager on me, other customers, or his peers in the workplace. The assistant manager should be fired for verbally abusing his subordinates and food waste.
