- SWSue W6 days ago5.0This is the best burger King around. The service is great. They are all so friendly and make your food right and fast. Never any issues , the store is always clean. Yhe atmpshere comfortable and enjoyable.The manager is always polite and proffesional. Highly recommeded !!

They were very polite and helpful with everything we needed . We would rated them ten out of ten. We do wish more service like this. But the down fall: Before on previous weekend we were very rushed we didn't have time to order.We felt rushed and had rude service.During this service was zero hospitality.

No one acknowledged us much less took an order. It feels like they don’t really want people to come in just go thru drive thru. Terrible customer service. We left and went to Culver’s. Guess what we were greeted when we walked in and someone took our order.

- ZPZ PackardApr 22, 20261.0Possibly the rudest people ive ever encountered. Told us to go back to the pay window even though there was A) nobody there, and B) we paid online. There were no more than 5 cars in the entire lot and they pushed everyone passed the window to wait. I was almost bumper to bumper with the car in front of me and when I recieved my food they proceeded to YELL at me to “you might wanna get out of the line ive got people waiting on food.” Then “get out of the line if you aren’t waiting on food!”. I barely had the space to exit. This isnt the only rude encounter i have had, as they always give bare minimum effort and subpar customer service. I love burger king, but i’ll drive to the next town over to get it next time.
