  Like most fast food, they are slow and understaffed. And I’m sure because of that they lose more sales, then can’t afford staff, and you get a spiraling economy. I’m sure they are barely keeping open as is. This is the new norm, everyone just has to get use to it. Actually good places that cared about customer service are all closing down.

  On jun 16th I order my food and Jeremiah who took my order was very aggressive and rude when it came to asking him to repeat the total .

  Loved the shade at this Sonic! We were able to sit at the order-up screen and enjoy the beautiful weather outside. The team members were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Great service and a relaxing atmosphere made for a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back!

  No matter how many times I come here there is an issue with my order . The managers just want you to right this second for a replacement or send a coupon in the mail that you may never get . Not really friendly people working nights on a Friday when it’s gonna be half price shakes .

  Very irritating to have your burger made incorrectly, call back to have them remake it and drive back to the restaurant... all for them to make it incorrectly again! I know they had the correct ticket/order because they read the order off on the phone to confirm. At least I got my added on bacon the second time :( What in the world... Done giving this sonic a chance.
