  Sorry to put this on the Gladstone store, but I tried to edit my review on the Vivion and Englewood store after my witness called the GM and it wouldn't post. Because this store is the same OWNER, my witness called the GM and he was rude to her as well. Yes I cussed, AFTER your shift manager said she wouldn't give me a discount, after staying in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes because I was rude in complaining. The GM did say he counseled the manager on how to deal with rude customers. You must not know that the goal is 2-3 minutes per customer, not 30! Your GM told my witness that I can't come back until I act like a lady. Why would a lady spend her money at a food business that is unprofessional? You get what you give. Maybe counsel them that the customer is always right. Clearly, based on your reviews, your training don't include that. Dont respond, as any manager that is unprofessional, two of them, you must condone that. It looks like you own all the Sonics in my area, we won't be back!

  It is so nice to order ahead in the mobile app and give them plenty of time to make it yet still have to wait over 15 minutes for a pre-order. Don’t even bother complaining to management because Wyatt does not care his opinion is they need to take care of the drive-through customers first and the people that have already placed orders have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. I will never understand why people at fast food establishment want to make over $20 an hour and they can’t even get orders correct or do orders in the correct way. I have complained to the manager before and to the district manager Nick to no avail. I don’t understand Sonic, why you would let people run an establishment with your name on it that treats people like this. There’s a girl with pink and green hair that if you don’t tip her will flip you off when she walks off, but she still works there. Why have an app and allow people to order ahead so they can pick it up in a quick and timely manner if all you care about is the drive-through. But the franchise owner Nick who owns this particular one and one at Cherie Dale does not care. Apparently he’s OK with his employees cussing at customers. Oh, and to top it all off, I went up there one day and they were smoking weed out by the trash dumpsters. It looked like Wyatt, the manager, and then one of the black boys which is legal unless your on the clock. Thank you Nick and Wyatt for making Gladstone trashier than it was
