  Tots were old hard as a rock. Really pricey for the food quality. Will never come back to this location and it makes me never want to have sonic again. It's been a while since we had it, did you guys change your food? Maybe change your vendor? Or just served us old food those are the questions came to me while take a bite of this food.

  Sodas always taste old/ have a funky flavor. I suggest management check the lines on their fountain drinks. Given it multiple chances, I’ll just go to swig or McDonald’s.

  Like most fast food, they are slow and understaffed. And I’m sure because of that they lose more sales, then can’t afford staff, and you get a spiraling economy. I’m sure they are barely keeping open as is. This is the new norm, everyone just has to get use to it. Actually good places that cared about customer service are all closing down.
