  Order online at 415pm with estimated delivery at 453 pm at 520 recieved message order cancelled wasn’t called said no out for delivery waited another 20 called again said I had to wait an hour then at 600 pm went to store told them I wasn’t going to pay for delivery if I’m here now my pizza cold I want fresh after waiting another 45 minutes guy informed me he didn’t have my order any more I could leave fyi he can’t refund me so I’m out the 25 I spent on pizza so no stars don’t use this location

  I’ve been here for 20 minutes waiting for my order and seen about 4 other customers come in since being here and the manager has only come to the counter twice not even to greet people anyways my order was supposed to be ready at 750 it’s 810 now came out with my pizza only to tell me they still need to cook my wings I don’t know the young man I think his name is Rashad but he isn’t seen checked out and just doesn’t care

  Logan and Josh were great! They were both friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Our takeout pizza was delicious, and they made the whole experience quick and easy. Definitely appreciate the great service!

  We have the app, so we're tied to one store. 4 of the last 5 times we've had issues. Wrong food,missing food,stolen food, items incorrect. It's very annoying. EDIT: I gave them another chance and once again, I DID Not get what I ordered. If we can't change the location, We will stop going to the hut and get pizza elsewhere!! 😡

  I love Gladstone Pizza Hut! The staff are kind, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. I also love that if I'm several hours late picking up my order (which I sometimes am on busy days), they will give my seemingly abandoned pizza to hungry people in need (instead of just throwing it away). Also love that while most everyone else's prices started skyrocketing inexplicably over the past few years, Pizza Hut seems to only increase their prices as much as justifiably needed. I can still get way more bang for my buck at Pizza Hut than at most other restaurants. Stay awesome, Pizza Hut!
