Iced coffee was messy, warm and made incorrectly (tasted awful/ different from others in the past), and other drink spilled as the lid wasn't on all the way apparently. Fries, sandwich and nuggets were barely warm and bun / fries dried out like they had been sitting. All this at a 5+ minute wait. Will not be back.

Their code system wasn’t working in drive thru so I was just going to try and or wait inside til the next 15mins went by to place order with my points. As I was sitting there this Man was degrading the fact that I came inside and other customers. Saying ill things about my body of me standing there.. how I came inside and tried to use the kiosk.. I recorded the entire thing but I can share the photo of the man.. Hope he is taken care of.. He is a disgusting person to have working in CUSTOMER SERVICE..
