  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin location. I placed a mobile order and ordered a large drink, but when I received it, the cup was barely filled and looked almost empty even though I paid full price. I brought it to the employees’ attention and asked if it could be corrected or refunded, but I was refused help. I did not receive what I paid for, and the service was not handled well.

  Horrible customer service. I asked to change my medium drink to a small and they said they were unable to do that. On top of that, the drink wasn’t even filled to the top. (This is how it looks with one sip)

  The manager is there 24 seven and is the rudest Disrespectful person I paid for my food and my coffee and I had to go back around to tell her it is not right and she didn’t say anything and gave me a side eye. She went and spilled my coffee a little bit and gave me back the same cup/order do not come here. Everyone here is very disrespectful. mind you she didn’t wanna come to the window and made me wait 10 minutes in front of the window

  All the food here taste like it'd been sitting out for days. The sandwhiches are hard, the hash browns are chewy and stale, the coffee taste burnt!! Nothing good. Dunkin has gone way down hill!! Disgusting!!!
