The assistant manager, Lyn, is one of the rudest people I have encountered in customer service. I have been to this location multiple times, and she consistently makes the experience unpleasant. She doesn’t greet customers when they walk in, and on my visits, she has allowed my paid order to sit at the counter while she sits in the back on her phone instead of assisting customers. The condition of this store is also extremely concerning. The location appeared filthy, with visible dust and what looked like mold throughout the store. I also observed food being prepared without gloves, which was very concerning from a cleanliness and food-safety standpoint. This location seriously needs to address its cleanliness, customer service, and management. I would not recommend getting food from here until those issues are addressed.
