  I have DoorDash delivered in the area for years. Out of every single restaurant in the north KC/Gladstone area this location by far has the worst service. It’s honestly pathetic. Zero chance this location stays open for much longer

  Like are we serious rn? This is ridiculous. Do better on late night orders. Whoever’s working nights SUCKS. Chicken nuggets were stale as hell, couldn’t even bite through them hardly and I’m missing a whole burger.

  Was told to wait in front of store for order, waited over thirty minutes before going inside to pick it up. All of my food was ready behind the counter by the time I walked in, unbagged, and sitting for approximately 10 minutes more just waiting in line. Employee claimed it was all made fresh, but all of my food was cold and hard upon receiving it. Employee argued with me claiming it was “fresh,” and dismissed me when I asked for it to be remade, or to receive a refund. Will not be going to this location again.

  Husband and I have been to this location a couple of times, but this most recent visit was.... Yikes. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this was a horrible experience. Upon entering the building, we weren't greeted, no big deal. There was a woman working there cleaning tables while also talking on her personal cell, again no big deal. But when she took our order she was so RUDE. We had a coupon for 2 med whopper meals. She didn't use great listening skills when my husband was telling her what he wanted on his burger and she rudely said "so you basically want it plain?" which was not at all what he had said. I then wanted to sub fries for onion rings which I've done before at this location and others, but she (again rudely) said "we can't swap fries for onion rings. I know we have before but we got a new system and we can't do that". I can live without onion rings, but what upsets me is being lied to about a bs system change that won't let you swap fries for onion rings? Please. She didn't say anything else after that, never smiled, didn't even look us in the face the whole time. You could tell she was annoyed/not happy to be there. The rude woman was also in and out of the building on her phone. Whatever, do what you need to do. When we left, she was sitting in her car, smoking a joint. Again, whatever, you do you, but don't be rude and take out hating your job/life on me and my family. It looks like I'm not the only one with a bad experience like this, which makes me feel even more sure that we will never visit this location again.

  I’ve come here a few times now late at night/early morning (midnight-3) and I’ve experienced some of the most rude women. PSA !!!! If you don’t like your job, get a different one! If you don’t like people, get a job away from people. It’s simple really. The rude crappy attitudes are uncalled for. I get someone having a bad day but don’t take it out on customers & it’s been a few different times now also so there’s that.
