  We went here after church on Sunday. It has been a regular spot for us. Now we're probably never going back. When we went in there was no one at the counter. I wanted to ask some questions about the new big arch sandwich, like what are the sauces that are on it. There were several people standing around in the back, but they had no inclination to actually provide service. So we went to the kiosk. There's no information about what's on the big Arch there. We ordered our sandwiches. My wife got the fish fillet and I got the double fish. She ordered a vanilla shake and I got a Diet Coke. She went to find a seat and I waited to see if I could get our cups. There were three people in the back with their backs to me completely ignoring the front. There was a doordash person there waiting for an order. They soon brought the food out to the door Dash pick up, but turned around and didn't pay any attention to me. So I went back to the seat. The kiosk said to take a number and put it on our table and they would bring our order out to us when it was ready. So we sat and waited. Soon they called out our number and placed the food with the door Dash pickups. My wife went up to get our food and the server was walking away. My wife asked about the drinks. This server kept walking away. So, my wife used a louder voice and the server turned around and says, "I don't like your voice!" She did go get my wife's shake and an empty cup for me. My wife bought the food to the table. My wife's food was cold. My French fries were cold, but my fish was warm. 5 minutes later they bought us another Diet Coke.This is the most uncaring lack of service that I've seen in a long time.

  The guy working there made me wait 9 minutes while I was at the ordering station. The same guy wasn't paying attention when I was paying. Also, I orderd a mcgriddle and they only put the sausage inside of the pancake no cheese no egg. The food overall tasted fine just train your employees better.

  OMG, someone should buy a McDonalds franchise a d put this one outta business. 25 minutes in the drive thru waiting on burgers that take 10 minutes to cook. I think they do it on purpose to see how stupid we are.

  They really need to train the employees better. Mike, the guy that works mornings, is a darn good worker! The other employees could learn from him, even the manager could learn from him! He's a hustler. They just dont care especially about the doordashers. One employee said they were losing money due to doordash! How stupid of a comment is that???
