  I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for a hamburger and never got served drove away and lost my money. How is that even possible

  I usually go to McDonald’s for breakfast sandwiches and they’re always wonderful. They’ve got great mocha frappe‘s and really good pies! Highly recommend for breakfast.

  I would not normally leave a review for a restaurant I ordered from through DoorDash, but this occasion was so egregious that I felt it was only right to share with others. Tonight I ordered a chicken nugget meal with a sprite and two McChickens. Doordash did what they do, and it arrived at my door still sealed in the McDonald's carry-out bag (just in case anyone wants to blame the driver). I pulled everything from the bag, stuck a straw in my soda, and took a drink. Then I looked down and realized there was SOMETHING in my soda. After dumping the soda (because I was *not* drinking any more), I discovered a large piece of rusted metal. There are only two ways this could have ended up in my cup: either it fell out of the ice shoot on the machine and no one noticed, or an employee intentionally placed it there. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, and the girl who answered said she was one. I said look, I'm not trying to get anything from you, but I thought you should know that my drink had a large piece of rusted metal in it, and I think your drink machine should be checked out. She sounded completely disinterested, said "yeah, I'll look into it," and then hung up. No surprise. No apology. As I said, I wasn't asking for anything for free. But an "I'm so sorry" would have gone a long way toward making me feel better. (I can't figure out how to add a picture to this review, but if I do, I will.)

  This McDonalds was great! The food was done before we were even done ordering. The costumer service was great with an efficient and friendly staff. Was nicely kept up and good facilities. Great for an early morning pit stop!

  Here recently yall are terrible and slow. Tell me why 2 breakfast sandwiches that I ordered online took 30 minutes to get to me just for it to be cold? There was no other cars around just me. I understand it's McDonald's and fast food but atp there's no fast and barely any food.
