    On June 22nd, 2026, I ordered 20 wings , large fries and 5pc Cajun Corn at early 12am and online stated it would be ready between 12:16am-12:21am. Instead, my order remained in "Bagging" status for 30mins and the young lady at the counter stated that they ran out of fries so she gave me a large Cajun Corn order in place of the depleted fries. The young lady informed me to return the following days to get the fries , I believe for free , hopefully. To conclude this experience, it was a lot of frustrated carriers/dashers and customers.

    I decided to order Wingstop for my family today since it’s Father’s Day, and I hadn’t had Wingstop in a long time. Unfortunately, the experience reminded me why I stopped ordering from this location. 1. My order was estimated to take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes. 2. The order was incorrect and several items were missing. 3. The food was extremely greasy and did not taste good at all. Yes, I received a refund, and I appreciate that. However, this location used to be much better a few years ago. I’m not sure what happened, but the quality and service have clearly declined. If the owner or management doesn’t start paying closer attention to this store, I honestly think it could lose a lot of customers. Thank you for turning what should have been a nice Father’s Day meal into a very disappointing experience.

    I ordered a 6 wing combo and it took over an hour and 30 minutes. The manager got an attitude, this is why i don’t come to this location. I drive 30 minutes out. This is ridiculous.

    0 stars!!!!!!! This place is ridiculously sad. I waited a hr for my order and try container was full with whatever sauce I ordered. Over whelming drenched. Asked for a refund and they act like they ain’t hear me but looking me dead in my face.I had to start yelling to get a reaction. 7 kids all look like under the age of 25. I never eat that crap and this is why.No home training at all

    The only reason they are getting 1 star is because they are processing a refund for me. Did an online order and a few minutes before it was stated to be ready they called to say they ran out of boneless. The order still says it’s ready and the woman who took my order number hung up right after no warning or explanation behind the refund and I had to call back. Says the email stating the cancel will be in a few days and the refund is 6-12 days? Wild.
