- ADAlicia DavisMay 11, 20262.0The lack of professionalism in your establishment was very disappointing and disheartening. The employee with red hair and glasses was extremely unprofessional during my visit. She was actively on a phone call while preparing food and ringing up customers, and profanity from the call could be heard loudly throughout the area. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation. She repeatedly handled her phone while it was sitting near the food preparation area, which is also concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Angel, please have a conversation with your employees about professionalism, customer service expectations, and the importance of not using phones while preparing food or assisting customers. This experience reflected very poorly on the business.
