  Ordered a double cheeseburger and paid for a double cheeseburger but only got a single Patty. I didn't realize until I was already gone and back at work.

  Ordered the all American smasher, but got just meat cheese and some sauce that doesn't even come on it. No lettuce, tomato or mayo. I guess they just started making up ingredients to put on your burger not what's supposed to be on it. I think everyone needs to go back in training and learn to provide what's supposed to be served, better yet learn to follow instructions from the company to provide better food quality and taste. The burger was just disgusting

  3 Small Slushies and an order of Cheese Bites took about 20 minutes. The first bag they gave us had jalapeño bites, so they got our order wrong. Plus, no ranch for the cheese Bites.

  I asked for sugar free flavor water with ice with lemon and lime . I dont do soda are sugar and what they gave was chop strawberries and no lime are lemon now I'm itchy and i think it was some type soda i know it was !!! I question the young lady why it cost so much she couldn’t answer and act like she didn’t want to be there!! Now i got to go by Benadryl .

  This location is trash. The workers have very bad attitudes and they take forever. So I made my order in the drive-thru and the girl would barely take my order. After she finally took my order I had some questions and she would not come back on the mic. Then she said my order was 18 something. I wanted to know why my order was so high when the price that I saw was $8 something. She never came back on the mic even though she asked me what did I want to drink and my side item. When the guy gave me my order I asked him and he said that it was up charges for my drink and my side. I was like she didn't tell me that. She asked what side did I want when she should have explained what came with the meal. I ended up canceling everything but the coke float. I also asked her to have more Coke than ice cream. She never told him that either so he had to remake it. I appreciate it him remaking my drink but it still wasn't done correctly. I did want more Coke than ice cream but it may have had a teaspoon of ice cream in it. I would not be back to that location.
