As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Highly recommend going to a different location as the process of ordering and receiving said order is extremely outside of drive thru expectations!!!

Driven by some primal instinct, I jolted awake in the early hours of the morning, so suddenly that I didn’t even realize I had unlatched my newborn from my chest. Within seconds, I sat upright in bed and violently projectile vomited across my crimson velvet duvet. My husband woke in a panic. My toddler, confused and frightened, asked if “mommy was okay.” And I just sat there; staring down at the remnants of a meal I had forced myself to eat out of pure hunger. I am still mortified. Let me start from the beginning. Early Monday the 23rd around 1am, I had a craving and asked my husband to stop by Rally’s for a simple chicken sandwich. Nothing fancy, just the regular, non-spicy option. Instead, he was told they didn’t have a normal chicken sandwich and offered a bacon and cheese version instead. I was hesitant, but hungry enough to say yes. When the food arrived, the fries were stellar, they were fresh, crispy, and delicious. The sandwich, however, was another story entirely. It was a gross concoction of two pale strips of bacon sitting atop a single chicken patty, all smothered in what resembled canned spray cheese, barely holding the sandwich together. It was visually unappealing, and unfortunately, it tasted just as bad. Still, hunger won. I ate it. By late morning, I was paying the price. My stomach was in knots. I made multiple trips to the powder room and eventually had no choice but to stay in bed since I had to care for my infant. Sleep became my only escape from the discomfort. Until it wasn’t. I woke abruptly, with no warning. My body reacted before I could even process what was happening. My eyes popped open and my mouth dropped like a drawbridge and what followed was one of the most unpleasant physical experiences I’ve ever had. I could do nothing but watch in horror as the aftermath spread across my bedding. It was humiliating and disruptive. My husband kindly handled the cleanup, but the embarrassment and the physical toll lingered. I had to cancel my plans for the day since the vomiting didn’t stop until 8pm that same day. Not only was the sandwich disgusting, but it made it incredibly difficult for me to nurse my infant while going through stomach bug like symptoms. I can’t express the type of anxiety and pain I felt listening to my infant scream for me while I clung to my porcelain throne. Final verdict: Great fries. Terrible sandwich.

I came to pick up a door dash order, I went to the walk up window and they were not done with the food, that was fine but the attitude when I told them that my passenger side window doesn’t go down, but they wanted me to go to the drive thru, so rude, kindness is free!!!!
